It's the third time we stay at this hotel and we like it a lot because of the location, comfort and fair prices. the breakfast is superb and staff is nice, the bed is big and confortable

The location was excellent,a block away from 5 Subte lines and the pedestrian only Ave.Florida.
Room was fairly small and carpets very worn and none too clean.Also no CNN or any other news channel in English.

A good choice if you want to be located in the Microcentro. Staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast is good.
The room I had (202) was a bit pokey and throughout the night one could hear the water running through the pipes that cross the ceiling. This could be a bit disruptive. First time that I stay at the hotel and had a room which wasn't that great.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated on a quieter street but still close to the main attractions. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided great service throughout our stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and even an in-room safe. We also appreciated the dressing area and flat-screen TV.
With all the fantastic features this place has to offer, we highly recommend it to all travelers.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They showed us the features of the room and breakfast had a good variety. The room looked exactly like the photos on the internet and the bed and pillows were big and comfortable. This was important for me as I tend to get a sore neck and back from hotel beds and pillows.
The room we had faced the main road and could hear traffic noise at night. Also, the lock on the balcony door did not work.

Access to Florida Street and Microcentro. It was close enough, but not on the strip.
1. The front desk did not 'go above and beyond', when we asked for assistance in finding a specific activity (golf). They simply provided a phone number which we were not able to dial, even though we were able to dial other numbers in BA. Another staff member made the effort a couple days later and it was too late. 2. The WI-FI was very poor in our room. Many times we had to go down the hall to get connected.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely amazing, as it is situated in the historic center on a quieter street. It was very easy to access attractions and just a 2-minute walk to the nearest tube station, making transportation convenient. The staff were extremely friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast provided was good, exceeding our expectations for what is usually experienced in this city.

The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff was exceptional. The front desk always answered our questions and helped us plan our adventure. The location was great. There was always a bank, cab stand, etc within a block or two. I would not hesitate to stay there again. It was a delightful experience.

Amazing Location and Free Breakfast We had a great time staying in this hotel. the location was perfect for us as it was in the heart of the city, and we were able to walk to all the tourist attractions nearby. the free breakfast offered was fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the freshly baked pastries every morning. the room was also very clean and spacious. We certainly had no complaints about the room's cleanliness.
The Wi-Fi wasn't reliable the only downside to this hotel was the unreliable Wi-Fi connection in our room. We were frequently disconnected from the internet, causing a bit of inconvenience.
